Reynolds Training Services Ltd has been awarded accreditation by the National Skills Academy Process Industry (NSAPI) as an Academy Centre for Technical Competence.
With offices located at the Innovation Centre Europarc Great Grimsby, ReynoldsTraining Services (RTS), provides comprehensive training and competence assessment for the Bulk Liquid Warehousing and Energy Sectors, covering areas including health & safety, jetty and terminal operations, and safety management .
The company has been approved by the National Skills Academy Process Industry, as an Academy Centre for Technical Competence giving RTS their seal of approval for the courses and training that RTS develop.
The National Skills Academy Process Industry is an employer-led centre ofexcellence for skills and training needs in the chemical, polymer, pharmaceutical and downstream petroleum industries. It promotes training and encourages employers to invest in the training of their staff, so the current workforce can compete to an industry-wide gold standard.

Iain Taylor presented John Reynolds, Managing Director of Reynolds TrainingServices Ltd, with a certificate for their accreditation, at a presentation at the RTS offices in Grimsby.

Reynolds Training Services has spent the last few months going through the accreditation process, meeting the stringent requirements of the academy, which is also linked to Cogent (The Industry Sector Skills Council). Cogent workswith the government to influence policy, and also stakeholders to secure funding for strategic plans in the chemicals industry. The accreditation gives RTS a direct link into the industry, and for RTS to be able to develop bespoke courses specifically for them that are validated by the National Skills Academy.
