The Competent Authority (HSE & EA) has issued revised guidance for operators of top tier COMAH establishments.

The guidance provides advice on the requirements for review and revision of safety reports under Regulation 8 of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999 (COMAH), and has been revised to reflect the changes in arrangements for the submission and assessment of the five-year safety report review.
